This morning Sandra & Jessica left back home. I slept in & when I woke up, they had already gone...I felt sick to my stomach, that I didn't get to hug them both.
They left a note that made me cry. It makes me sad they are still trying to get over Don's death, it is still like it happened yesterday. But was so happy that we talked about it together, it is still rough for me to talk about, he was an amazing person, but oh so young to die like that. He left us all with such wonderful memories of him!
Sandra is so inspiring to me, that she has survived her ordeal and has become such a woman from it. And to be a single mom, and going to school full time, is so amazing to me. I do so, love them both.
